Sony has responded with an official note to the stresses from the network. We had also written a few days ago we (Sony NEX-5N, the Click to Ruin the Annoying Video), a curious and interesting problem concerns the new, compact, interchangeable lenses Sony NEX-5N (announced in recent weeks along with the richest Sony NEX-7): an annoying click, also repeated, which can occur when using the machine to record HD video.
Sony substantially minimizes the problem, explaining that only in certain circumstances (sudden movements of the machine and decided not compatible with the recording mode “normal”) you can hear the click reviewing movies.
At the same time, however, Sony promises customers a “solution” (without specifying which one) to the problem, as long as you send the car to the service center within the warranty period.
In short, the more an image problem for Sony (the compact has just been placed on the market) that a failure to worry about. Shaking the NEX-5N the click occurs, that’s for sure, but you have to go and look right.
