The International Trade Commission (ITC) has had to judge a dispute between Kodak and Apple on a patent that it would have broken.
Judge Robert Rogers has not only decided that Kodak acted properly, but has also defined an invalid patent to Apple. Right at the base of the case there would be two industrial properties thereof. The first allows the camera to process multiple photos at once, while the other allows the user to change the balance, color and resolution. According to Apple Kodak has made use of these technologies in an illegal manner within some range of its cameras.
If this battle between the two companies seemed to be over in ten days there will be a decision for a complaint against Kodak Apple and RIM.
